We've built nonprofits.
We've lived every stage of it.
PASQ exists because most nonprofit consulting isn't work.
It’s talk.
Advisors come in, hand over a deck, and leave.
The org looks the same six months later, just with
a lighter budget and stuff no one uses.
We work differently.
We don’t advise from the outside.
We build from the inside.
We've been where you are.
That's not a tagline. It's why PASQ exists.
We help organizations that do good,
do better.

Service is our passion.
At PASQ, we help nonprofits, charitable foundations, and mission-driven businesses reach strategic and operational excellence.
We’re a guide for founders, a partner to funders, and a hands-on leader building systems that make impact sustainable.

Erik
Muckey
CEO
Erik grew up in rural South Dakota and has spent his career building things: organizations, systems, and communities, from the ground up.
Founder
While still in school, Erik founded an adolescent mental health nonprofit that became one of the most impactful youth suicide prevention organizations in the region. He went on to earn dual graduate degrees and built PASQ to give other mission-driven leaders access to the kind of organizational infrastructure that makes impact last.

Erik's approach is calm, structured, and built for durability. He doesn't optimize for quick wins. He builds organizations that hold.
She brings PASQ clients something rare: legal and governance expertise that's genuinely rooted in rural community life.

She serves as city attorney, sits on the board of Community Memorial Hospital, and has held leadership roles across civic and business organizations in her community. Rachelle understands the legal and structural side of mission-driven work because she lives it every day.
